Losing someone you love can be very painful. Following a significant loss, all kinds of difficult and surprising emotions may be experienced.
Sometimes it may feel like the sadness will never diminish. Bereavement support can offer a chance for counselling, debriefing, exploration of confusing pathways and development of additional strategies to assist in the transition and supporting others in a safe and non-judgmental manner. Support can be offered in person, via telephone, or in written form. During the Covid-19 pandemic, most contact is via telephone.
Please note in-person support will soon be offered at additional sites across South Australia to increase access.
